While no two communities are the same, the same can be said for buildings or business in general. While developing our product line it became clear that in some cases invaluable information existed which could not be properly displayed on an area map or detail map. This same information could not be fit properly on our floor plan products due to scaling restraints either. There was a specific need for something in the middle.

Our full color facility plans are intended to be an immediate “down and dirty” source of information for the first arriving units and incident commanders.  Displaying all buildings associated with the business or property as well as adjacent Public Streets, driveways and parking lots the user gets an over head view of the property in the greatest possible detail. In addition to the footprints of the larger or more prevalent structures, main internal usages areas (AE The cafeteria and kitchen of a public school) are labeled for instant location and identification.

Utility locations and shut off devices

Many departments have realized the value of this product in implementing a truly effective offensive, aggressive fire suppression operation. This realization has prompted some departments to use our facility plans as the starting point for their complete mapping and pre-plan project as a way to get this particular portion of the system into the field as quickly as possible
